Delivery of cargo and orders from China

We have launched CDEK Forward for you to order goods from foreign stores. Send items you buy to our warehouses abroad. We will receive your orders and consolidate where appropriate, making your parcel smaller. We will then send it on to your address, your family or customers.

You can send your parcel to any convenient address. To do so, sign up for a personal account on CDEK Forward's website. Then order a delivery to the required address or a CDEK pick-up point.

Use CDEK Forward. Sign up and shop in foreign online stores with delivery to a local CDEK office. We will receive your orders, consolidate into one parcel for a cheaper delivery, and send to your country.

Individuals can benefit from our parcel delivery service. CDEK does not deliver dangerous goods or items forbidden for shipment under the law.

You can track the location of a parcel on the CDEK website, in your personal account, or via the app. Enter the tracking number to view up-to-date information about your shipment.

CDEK delivers from China to Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, and Armenia. If you want to send a parcel to a country that is not on this list, submit a request by filling in the feedback form. To send a commercial shipment of goods or product samples on behalf of a legal entity, fill in the form in the Customers section. One of our customer support managers will contact you and help you choose the best option.

Commercial cargo refers to goods that are purchased to make a profit, e.g. for sale, promotional campaigns, or trials.
Finished products, process equipment, spares, samples, and marketing materials are all commercial cargo. The delivery cost will depend on the weight and destination. To calculate the cost, fill in the request form in the Customers section.

We pay compensation in the event of delivery problems.
If a parcel is not delivered on time

• If we fail to meet delivery dates, we pay 10% of the service cost per day of the delay. Note that such compensation cannot exceed 50% of the service cost.
• For customers who have entered into a contract with us, we pay 3% per day of delay, and up to 100% of the delivery cost.

If a parcel is damaged or lost

• For a parcel without a declared value, compensation is up to 3,000 rubles (up to 500 rubles for documents).
• For a parcel with a declared value, we pay compensation in line with that value.

Important notes

• We do not compensate for damage if the packaging requirements are not met, e.g. a parcel has no extra protection or is packed in an inappropriate container.
• If a parcel is found to contain forbidden items, the sender can be charged a fine of 10,000 rubles.

How do I make a claim?

• You can submit a request within 30 days of the delivery. The deadline for returned parcels is 14 days.

Note! If a package is damaged upon receipt, ensure that the courier or pick-up point manager confirms this. Otherwise, we will not be liable to pay compensation.

If a shipment has not been sent yet, you can edit the details in your personal account.

If a shipment is in transit, contact your sales or customer support manager.

If you are the receiver and notice an error in a waybill, contact the sender.

This is the process of registering a businessperson's or individual's actions and all their belongings while crossing a customs border. Any goods or vehicles are subject to customs control when exported from a country or imported from abroad. Customs regulation is governed by international law and international conventions developed by the World Customs Organization.

Every parcel that crosses a border is registered by the customs authorities. This process requires documents confirming the value of its contents, the status of the sender and receiver, and reason for the shipment.

For commercial goods, an invoice, packing list, and product specification is required. More documents can be requested by CDEK Customs Clearance.

When placing an order, indicate the receiver's email address and provide links to the goods being sent, e.g. from 1688.com, alibaba.com, taobao.com, Made-in-China.com, etc.

This is a payment charged by customs authorities. Its amount is calculated in accordance with international customs law and the laws in the country where the customs clearance takes place. Customs duty can be included in the delivery cost or paid separately if requested by the customs authorities.

Customs duties are charged by customs authorities, and their amount depends on the declared value and the average price obtained from the customs database.

Broker's costs are fees for the services of a customs broker. They can vary depending on the service type, country, and customs broker.

Storage charges are payment for exceeding the storage time. Free storage has a certain time limit. If a shipment is kept at a warehouse longer than this limit, extra payment will be required.

Insurance is taken out at the option of the sender and amounts to:

up to 50,000 rubles — 0.8% with a minimum of 50 roubles;
50,000+ rubles — 0.75%;
100,000+ rubles — 0.7%;
150,000+ rubles — 0.6%;
300,000+ rubles — 0.55%;
500,000+ rubles — 0.5%;
1,000,000+ rubles — 0.45%.

If a parcel is lost or damaged, we compensate 100% of the shipment's declared value plus the delivery cost.

Yes, it is possible. CDEK will then be responsible for international delivery and export customs clearance in the country of origin and the receiver will be responsible for import customs clearance.

Yes, we can issue an export declaration. The cost is 350 yuan.

Yes, it is. The rate is 0.75%* and is applied to the declared value of the shipment.

*for online stores selling jewelry, the rate is 0.95% of the declared value of the shipment.

The duty-free limit per parcel is:

• price limit — 200 euros;
• weight limit — 31 kg.

If the limits are exceeded, a 15% duty is charged of at least 2 euros per excess kilogram. You can order 10 parcels worth 200 euros each and not be subject to customs charges.

Weight limitation per item:

1. You cannot send:

• 1 indivisible item weighing more than 31 kg;
• 1 item weighing 60 kg.

2. You can send:

• 2 items, 15 kg each;
• 2 items, 30 kg each.

The rules apply for shipments to Belarus, Russia, and Kazakhstan. If you want to ship to another country, submit a request by filling in the feedback form.

If the price of goods in your parcel exceeds 200 euros or the parcel weighs more than 31 kg, you will receive a text message prompting you to pay the duty. Follow the link to your personal account and enter your username and password. You can pay the duty using a bank card in the Bills section. After doing that, please write to us to make sure that your shipment clears customs as quickly as possible.

No more than 3 items of the same type; up to 25 items in total.

When receiving a parcel, be sure to check that it is free of damage and that all the goods have arrived. Examine it in front of the CDEK pick-up point staff or courier.

If any nonconformity or damage is found, file a report. The CDEK warehouse staff will register your claim. Email us at mf@cdek.ru, attaching a photo of the report and description with as many details as possible.

The Quality Department will review your claim and inform you of the decision. If CDEK is deemed at fault, we will refund the cost of the goods.

Please note that we will accept no damage or loss claims without the above report.

Yes, you can send documents within the same country.

Personal identification documents such as passports, identity cards, employment record books, military service books, etc. cannot be shipped under the law, with the exception of notarial copies of documents and certificates.
Money and non-catalogued philatelic materials such as printed designs, original works of art, samples, specimens, rare varieties, etc. also cannot be shipped.

Indicate the name of the sending company and the following contact details: full name, phone number, and address.
If the receiver is a legal entity, indicate the name of the receiving company name and TIN. Contact details for courier delivery: full name, phone number, and address.
If the receiver is an individual, indicate their passport details, phone number, and address.
