There are 3 consolidation warehouses in China: in Suifenhe and Shanghai for long-haul deliveries, and in Shenzhen for air deliveries.
Import customs clearance is performed in Moscow for long-haul deliveries and air deliveries.
The rate is 10-15% depending on quarterly sales plan fulfillment. Charged starting from 7th month after signing contract.
Attracting new customers. You hire sales managers and sign contracts with online stores, e-commerce platforms, producers and document management vendors. You develop your partner network and earn from each delivery. Your profit is the difference between customer rate and actual delivery cost.

You can send goods for personal use: up to 3 units of each item for single receiver, and only 1 unit in the case of electronics. The terms and conditions are as follows:
- weight limit — up 30 kg;
- cost limit for items accepted for duty-free delivery — up to 200 euro;
- for items above 200 euro accepted for delivery — 15% customs fee.
The sender shall submit invoice, packing list and description of goods. CNAS or DGM security certificates shall also be provided for certain cargoes:
- chemicals: powders, liquids, etc.;
- items containing single-use or storage batteries.
This depends on you: you can handle this procedure yourself, or it can be handled by CDEK.
